Lic. Raul Ortega Zapata
An attorney with over 12 years of experience in the Mexican Federal Government, Raul specializes in commercial law and judicial practice. Raul graduated from Universidad Veracruzana, where he earned his law degree and built a strong foundation in legal analysis, litigation support, and the administration of justice.
Throughout his career, Raul has worked closely with judges and judicial authorities in commercial, civil, and criminal matters, gaining extensive experience in legal research, case analysis, procedural law, judicial decision-making, and the interpretation and application of legal principles. Raul’s primary area of expertise is commercial law, with a particular focus on contracts, commercial transactions, corporate disputes, and business-related legal matters.
Raul’s professional development has also included international volunteer work in Spain, the Netherlands, and Brazil, where he gained valuable cross-cultural experience and broadened his understanding of comparative legal systems and international professional collaboration.
Currently based in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico, Raul remains committed to delivering legal services founded on integrity, professionalism, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented approach. Lic. Dulce Mirari Casanova Arguelles
An attorney and graduate of Universidad Anáhuac, Mirari earned her law degree with honors. Mirari’s practice focuses primarily on civil and contract law, litigation, and procedural strategy, with additional experience in criminal law, alternative dispute resolution, and agrarian law.
Mirari’s professional background includes work with the Human Rights Commission, the Federal Agrarian Court, and private legal practice. Throughout her career, Mirari has developed experience in legal analysis, case-file preparation and review, drafting claims and responses, contract drafting and review, procedural matters, and dispute resolution strategies.
Mirari’s work with the Federal Agrarian Court strengthened her knowledge of agrarian and ejido regulations and proceedings while providing a deeper understanding of legal matters from a judicial perspective. At the Human Rights Commission, Mirari assisted victims and individuals in vulnerable situations, prepared and reviewed case files, and monitored authorities and judicial bodies to support the protection of individual rights and compliance with applicable procedures.
Mirari’s experience in private litigation further strengthened her ability to represent clients, develop procedural strategies, and protect their interests. Her work in the Riviera Maya real estate sector also complements her practice in real estate due diligence, including property documentation review, risk identification, and the prevention of legal contingencies.
